What this website collects
When you send an inquiry, the website collects your name, message, inquiry type, and at least one reply channel such as email or phone. A business name is optional. When you join the update list, the website collects your email address and a record of your request to subscribe.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request. We use subscription information to maintain the update list. The current website does not collect payment-card data, government identification images, birth dates, customer passwords, or online orders.
How it is stored and shared
Submissions are stored in the website database and made available only through the protected owner area. We do not represent that personal information is sold. Production hosting, email, backup, and other vendors must be listed here once selected.
Retention and choices
The current application is configured to remove spam inquiries after 30 days, resolved inquiries after 180 days, unanswered inquiries after 365 days, raw contact records for unsubscribed addresses after 30 days, administrator audit events after 365 days, and expired abuse-prevention counters. Active subscription records remain while consent is active. After an opt-out, the system keeps a keyed, non-readable suppression value so another website submission cannot silently reverse that choice.
The owner and counsel must approve these periods, legal-hold exceptions, backup deletion, and scheduled production cleanup before launch. You may call (956) 715-3419 to ask about an inquiry, request removal, or unsubscribe until a dedicated privacy email is configured.
Security and limits
We use validation, access controls, rate limits, and other safeguards designed to reduce common risks. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit payment details, identification images, or highly sensitive information.
